• Type of excursion: Archeological, Naturalistic or Biking by Brompton
• Length:  Usually our trekking are 6 - 15 km and biking experiences not more than 45/60 km in 1 day with many stops 
• Where: usually Lazio, sometimes Abruzzi or Tuscany, in any case we stay in max 1.5h distance from Rome, by car or by train
• What: we like to discover the personality of each part of our territory by taking care of many aspects, archeology, botany, wilderness, history, sport mixed together by a sense of adventure and friendship from Tuscia with the Etruscan magic heritage to the Maremma coast, from the green meadows on the Apennines to the promontory on white sandy beaches of Riviera di Ulisse
• Duration: Usually our trekking last 3.5 - 6 hours depends on the season & the difficulty level, bike experiences 6 - 9 hours
• Difficulty level: easy / medium
• Notes: if you don't have a car, don't worry as sometimes we meet close to a train station or we can help you with car pooling
